Centralia, IL
Centralia is home turf. We're based twenty minutes north in Patoka and Centralia's the closest city of real size — which means most of our same-day and next-day calls come from here. Forestry mulching, stump grinding, brush clearing, fence lines, and pasture reclamation across the whole Marion County footprint.
Salem, IL
Salem is twenty-five minutes from our Patoka base — close enough that we can swing through midweek for a half-day job. We work the north side of Marion County hard: working farms along Route 37, the recreational acreage around Stephen A. Forbes State Park, and the small rural residential parcels tucked between the two.
Mt. Vernon, IL
Mt. Vernon is the Jefferson County seat and one of our busier service zones south of base. I-57 and I-64 cross here, which means access is easy for us and the area has a wide mix of work — hunting tracts and recreational acreage east of town, working farm ground to the west and south, and city-edge residential properties where wooded backyards have closed in.
Vandalia, IL
Vandalia is as close as it gets to home for us — twenty-five minutes up Route 51 and we're on site. Fayette County work is a big piece of our weekly schedule: Vandalia Lake recreational parcels, Kaskaskia River bottom ground, working farms across the prairie north and east of town, and hunting tracts that make up a lot of the county's rural acreage.
Carlyle, IL
Carlyle sits at the edge of the largest man-made lake in Illinois, and the lake drives most of what we do here. Shoreline parcels, cabin-property brush work, hunting tracts on the lake's east and north shores, and the working farms that surround the whole Clinton County area.
Effingham, IL
Effingham sits at the I-57/I-70 crossroads and anchors a broader rural economy than most Southern Illinois towns its size. Our work here covers the whole county: working ag ground on the prairie north and south, hunting tracts in the timbered sections east toward Jasper County, fence line work along the section-line grid, and residential and commercial lot clearing inside Effingham proper.
Greenville, IL
Greenville is the Bond County seat and sits on the I-70 corridor between Vandalia and the Metro East. Bond County is rural ag country with pockets of recreational acreage, smaller-scale cattle operations, and the Governor Bond Lake recreation area. Our work here is mostly fence lines, pasture reclamation, and lake-edge parcel work — with some hunting tract work mixed in on the county's east and south edges.
Highland, IL
Highland is a Swiss-heritage town on the east edge of Madison County — rural in feel but close enough to the Metro East to pull suburban buyers looking for acreage. Our work here is a mix: hobby-farm brush clearing, mature-tree stump grinding in established neighborhoods, pasture reclamation on dairy and beef ground, and the increasingly common 'five-acre parcel that got away from the owner' call.
